Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Storage Scale Developer at Konceptslab, you will be responsible for the design, development, and support of key product features within our Software-Defined Storage (SDS) offerings and cloud storage services. You will contribute to the development of scalable, high-performance storage systems, collaborating closely with global teams and technical leaders.

You’ll own specific product functionalities as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and play a critical role in global product discussions, engineering decisions, and quality delivery. Drawing on your strong development skills and prior experience, you’ll work with senior engineers and managers to meet technical and product milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• —Design, develop, and support software features for Konceptslab’s storage product suite and cloud-based storage solutions.
• —Take ownership of product features and act as a subject matter expert across global teams.
• —Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and support teams to ensure robust testing and seamless integration.
• —Debug complex issues involving cross-module dependencies and ensure high reliability.
• —Evaluate product requirements, identify dependencies, and deliver well-tested, production-grade code.
• —Communicate effectively across distributed teams and stakeholders, including clients and support teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• —4-5 years of experience in storage systems software, filesystems, virtualization, or containerization.
• —Strong software development background with hands-on experience in: Python, Go, Ansible, Terraform, REST API development and scripting languages.
• —Experience with DevOps tools and practices in enterprise-scale SDS or cloud environments.
• —Proficient in debugging complex issues across integrated modules and platforms.
• —Hands-on product development experience on Linux/Windows operating systems.
• —Familiarity with Linux user-level programming and basic system administration.
• —Experience with code and defect management tools.
• —Ability to work in a collaborative, agile-driven environment.
• —Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• —Working knowledge of container technologies like Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Kubernetes Operators.
• —Understanding of DevOps practices related to cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• —Exposure to cloud platforms and deployment architectures.
